Refund Policy

Globalique provides custom, project-based IT consulting, software development, digital marketing and cloud computing services. Because each engagement involves dedicated planning, design, engineering, media spend and/or third-party platform costs from the moment it begins, we do not offer refunds once a project or service has commenced.

1. No refunds once work commences

Once a project kicks off — including but not limited to website and ecommerce development, ERP/IT automation, mobile app or API development, AI bot development, data analytics and business intelligence, business strategy, SEO/GEO/AEO/AIO, social media and performance marketing, brand and creative design, or cloud computing services — all fees paid are non-refundable.

2. Advance and upfront payments

Advance payments made to reserve team capacity, project timelines, software licenses, hosting, domain registrations, or advertising and media budgets are non-refundable, as these resources and third-party costs are committed immediately on payment.

3. Project cancellation

If a client cancels or discontinues a project midway, fees already paid for work completed, work in progress, and any third-party costs incurred on the client's behalf are non-refundable. Remaining project scope is stopped as of the cancellation date.

4. Recurring and subscription services

For recurring services such as hosting, cloud account management, retainer-based marketing, or SEO services billed monthly or annually, fees already paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable; clients may choose not to renew for future cycles.

5. Quality and revisions

We are committed to delivering quality work and collaborate closely with clients through defined revision rounds set out in each service agreement. Any concerns about deliverables are addressed through these revisions rather than a refund.
