Specific scope, timelines, pricing and deliverables for any engagement (website or ecommerce development, ERP/IT automation, mobile apps, API development, AI bots, data analytics, business intelligence, business strategy, SEO/GEO/AEO/AIO, social media, performance and ecommerce marketing, brand and creative design, or cloud services) are set out in a separate proposal, quote or service agreement, which forms part of these Terms for that engagement.
5. No guarantee of results
We apply industry best practices across development, marketing and cloud engagements. However, outcomes such as search engine rankings, website traffic, leads, sales, uptime of third-party platforms, or social media performance depend on factors beyond our control and are not guaranteed.
6. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely access, accurate information, content, and approvals required to deliver the engaged services, and for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials shared with them.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Globalique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for that specific engagement.
8. Third-party platforms
Some services involve third-party platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Shopify, GoDaddy, and social/advertising networks. Use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and Globalique is not responsible for outages, policy changes or actions taken by those third parties.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, regardless of the client's country of operation.
10. Changes to these terms
